Privacy policy

Draft for review. This page is a placeholder that hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer and isn’t in force. Text in [brackets] still needs to be filled in.

This draft covers this website and the demo request form. How the Heatlytics product handles the data it records for customers belongs in a separate document: [customer data terms].

Who is responsible

[Legal entity name, registered address and contact email].

What we collect through the demo form

Your name, work email, company, and, if you give them, your company size and message. We also keep a note of which part of the site you came from.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and arrange a demo. [Legal basis to be confirmed.]

How long we keep it

[Retention period to be confirmed.]

Who can see it

The Heatlytics team members who handle demo requests. [Sub-processors and hosting location to be confirmed.]

Spam protection

The form limits how many requests can be sent in a short time. To do this the server looks at your IP address and keeps it in memory for a few minutes. It doesn’t store it with your request.

Cookies and analytics

[To be confirmed before launch, based on what the live site uses.]

Your rights

[Rights under applicable law and how to exercise them.]
