Wait for consent before recording

By default recording starts straight away. If you need consent first, start in pending and tell Heatlytics what the visitor chose.

Start in pending
Nothing is recorded or stored until you call optIn.

heatlytics.init({ key, host, consent: 'pending' })
```
When the visitor accepts
Recording starts.
```
heatlytics.optIn()
```
When the visitor declines
Recording stops, and session data and identity are cleared. The choice is remembered.
```
heatlytics.optOut()
```
To skip one page
Recording stops for this page load only, until optIn is called.
```
heatlytics.abort()
```
